One of the many reasons I left was the increase costs with health insurance.

The health insurance package is pretty good for employees. Especially salaried persons. The companies contribution could be better as it can be expensive for some plans

Don't have it, but my co-workers say it's terrible and getting worse

Terribly expensive. $5000 dollar deductible is not affordable healthcare. That was for the copper plan. It is best, or at least affordable, to pray that you and/or any of your family members don't fall ill or need healthcare benefits. Of course, much of this cost is not really on Sears but, on our government that believes the few should pay for the many for something most of the many use but pay nothing toward? No totally the fault of Sears.

The group cost was more than finding your own insurance
