This is very expensive. Yes they offer many plans (I think it was about 21 different options and combinations) however they are at a premium cost. It was almost cheaper for me to find insurance on my own.

It was a good job to have while I was in college. I would recommend as a full time job because its hard on the legs. Lots of standing but it was a good job selling TV's and I did ok there.

These benefits are fairly high-priced, and most people end up taking lower-cost benefits. If America had single-payer insurance for all Americans, this wouldn't take a massive bite out of your paycheck. And Sears, and other companies, should support it.
