sears pays some towards your premiums.generally very bad plans as majority of medical procedures and medications are not covered.

It is ashamed that Sears did not offer a company-paid health insurance program. Unfortunately, if I wanted insurance, I would have had to pay for it myself through their group rate program, but it was too expensive for my budget.

Like so many corporations today, a large portion of your income is paid for insurance premiums and/or deductibles.

Different packages and options but very good company

Pay a lot not to get the coverage needed.

The dental does not cover a lot. A lot of choices for medical, but still expensive.
