Performance Bonus

Performance bonus is determined depending on full year of work, days off, safety, and how management feels that the employee performed as a whole. Bonuses start near $1000...but MOST employees receive under $300 before taxes.

We get bonuses as a store and depending on hours worked. Not commission based which I love

Each month when plan is hit, you bonus a certain percentage of your paycheck when working inside SIJCP.

You get a performance bonus if you reach a goal on how much you sell or if there's a competition between the employee's whoever wins may get a prize.

The performance bonuses are fantastic- and, because the pay is not as competitive as it could be, the bonuses are what lots of employees have come to rely on. They're sent on a separate deposit from your paycheck..not sure why that is, but it sure gets taxed like mad. Of course that's not Sephora's fault...but it sure hurts when a $500 bonus becomes a $275 bonus...

We got bonuses by our monthly sales and quarterly numbers. You got a bonus based on what tier we hit, and what type of employee you were.

Bonuses were based off of customer service and sales goals. If goals were met so many times out of every month for certain amount many months, bonuses were plentiful. Goals to be met increased over time making it a lot hardwe to receive bonuses.
