Tiers: 12%, 24%, 30%, 36% depending on title. All have the ability to be doubled as well dependent on personal objectives, Sales, and Profit numbers. Base salaries are low for many years in the organization, so the bonuses make them better. There is no regulation of titles vs bonus levels, though. It's up to individual departments which bonus level they assign. Personal objective ratings (which determine a portion of the bonus) are extremely subjective, subject to the whims of your manager and how they feel about you the day the scores are due to be submitted.

Leadership of course gets a great big bonus! Cast members, my highest bonus was maybe $50, before taxes. That does not motivate me. Not even a little bit. That was the biggest bonus I received that leadership went crazy over. No, I wasn't crazy about it.
