PTO is only given to Salaried employees. Who start at 160 and increase annually until the max out at 240 hours in only 10 years.
Hourly employees get screwed. They start out at 80 hours vacation (no sick time), than goes to 120 hours after 5 years, than have to wait till 15 years for 160, and than max out at 200 hours after 25 years.
