Start out with 4 weeks PTO (includes vacation and sick days) and max out with 6 weeks after 10 years with the company. You can roll over 5 days each year.

2 weeks of vacation until you hit 5 years then it goes to 3 weeks. Goes up to 4 or 5 weeks, but takes 25 years to hit
