The 10% discount card is ridiculously low for the amount of work you do for the company. The company doesn’t appreciate its workers enough to offer better benefits or discounts. Unless you work in the corporate office you shouldn’t expect a lot.

It is non existent. Unless you are hired full time or work an average of 35+ hours you are not eligible. Therefore the managers are careful not to work you more then 30 hours ever.
