Best things are the Benefits are amazing but worst thing there is no loyalty. 401 contributions are good they match up to 13 %

The sick care is not ridiculous, an employee has to work for over six months to accumulate 20 hours of sick care.

The worst thing about the benefits at Smart & Final is not that you have to work a year before receiving them, but that they calculate that year beginning in October. Unfortunately, I started in November, which means that I would have had to work a full year BEFORE I started my year to earn any kind of benefits whatsoever.

401k, 10% discount, Co-pays high at $40, Vision could be better.
