Sick days were fair, but working from home could kind of ruin it. It was a benefit if you weren't too sick to work but maybe didn't want to infect all your colleagues, but i felt like you were expected to work from home even when you were deathly ill, just because they provided you the resource to do it. Sick days weren't really provided, you just have to dip into your PTO
