      Fully remote, manager is not overbearing and is a great mentor.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward promotion, The Clinician-lead environment leads to poor business decisions.

      Toxic work culture with restrictive NDAs

      A paycheck at the very least.

      Cons

      Their contracts include a clause that if you say anything disparaging about them they will sue you to collect damages of up to 90k. Think about that? Does any physician want to work for an employer that has a toxic NDA written into their contract? If you are a physician desperate enough to be considering working for Sound, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is akin to joining a malignant residency program. You will lose all of your autonomy. Run far far away.

      Recruiting managers often operated discreetly and inadvertently resulting in talented individuals to depart.
