They dont offer a true PPO plan. They contribute a certain amount to your health savings account. You must contribute from paychecks to increase. Savings account is used to pay medical expenses. When that runs out it's out of pocket for anything other than routine checkups.

Top plan is HRA that is $35 per pay period for just self, $750 covered by employer with $750 out of pocket until deductible is met after that 10% co insurance on everything

Insurance was much better under the Time Warner Cable Plan. With this coverage the deductibles are higher, there are no longer co pays and you are still required to pay 10% once your deductible is met. I guess the only positive is that it is better than no insurance at all.
