I guess each employee is supposed to receive a bonus if their store meets a certain monthly performance goal. I worked there 4 solid weeks and definitely contributed to surpassing that month’s goal. I guess if you quit they don’t feel obligated to reward you for the efforts you made while there. No bonus for me! That actually made me pretty mad. Oh well!

Speedway bonus program for DMs is only minimally attainable and pays very little. Big promises are made however reality is the actual pay outs are not enough to drive performance
