Largely depends on the store and some stores don't do well based on location. Slower stores have to work harder to make the numbers needed

Everyone at store gets quarterly bonus when the store as a whole comes together to meet quotas !!!

Placing turnover rate into the bonus program was a very poor choice on the companies part. This may help the recruiters and corporate numbers, but I see a decline in customer service in the near future.
