I absolutely think my trainer is a genius and when starting to do men’s hair I did not learn in school I learned thru an internship by a man the owner. School is phenomenal but I did a lot of in store training through the volunteer of my teammates. The tips and cutting style varies person to person makes you well rounded we need more team members to jump in

Two training classes, one is about the company and product which all can be goggled. The other class was how to cut their way, which didnt give you a lot of hands on. it was more you watch and dont talk

We have to travel about an hour or longer, and normally don't have enough coverage to send stylists. Makes it hard for those who would like to go. They're also on a schedule so if you miss a class you have to wait until it comes back around.
