Job training is simple. They send you to a class and you learn their method of cutting and customer service.

When I asked questions about how to do things from management, most of which was never explained to me. I had to ask the other stylists who sometimes had different answers. This was very unorganized. I went to some classes which were very helpful. They were set at a very fast pace which I had no problem with. I noticed that some people had a hard time keeping up.

They train you on the ways of sport clips and offer some basic cutting classes. There are no advanced classes for those who have been cutting for a while.

Many classes are offered with an excellent trainer. The store manager has the info, and they need to make the stylists aware and schedule classes for them.

the job training is helpful for the most part. the teacher is very nice and sweet. they like to make us drive 3 hours away for class knowing its supposed to snow. I got stuck in a snow storm after a class and it took me 8 hours to get home. they didn't even care or apologize

Extensive management training and support. The haircutting classes could be more frequent. Fun classes by American Crew and Sexy Hair.
