Performance bonus is good if you can bonus. My store had the "highest amount of bonusing employees" and it was only 3 of them out of 13.

They offer you more an hour but really hard to get because you have to have your haircut in between certain times your shampoos in between certain times and you have to sell a certain amount of product in order to receive extra benefits
