The medical plan premium rates could be more competitive for such a large company. Also, they start at 2 weeks and that's not competitive for experienced and senior level candidates. Many who ask can negotiate an additional week of vacation the in the offer negotiation process and employees who didn't negotiate have to wait 3 years to get to 3 weeks of vacation. The company is very profitable and yet there's not equity sharing plan or stock options provided besides the ones you buy into in the ESPP. The bonuses and raises are meager.
