The employee discount is 10% for all items and 20% for Staples branded items.

It was handy to have. You get 10% off anything including things online, an additional 10% if it's Staples brand, and the Square Trade for any electronic or computer (the protection plan they offer) is half price for employees.

Associates get a small discount 10-15%, but with 83,000 employees, it makes sense as to why the discounts aren't very aggressive.

Employee discounts both in store and online

The discount is 10% that barely covers the taxes. They should cover more or do more perks like Cokes give us the price we as a company pay. Not the extended sale price for regular shoppers. We are there all day long and they are overpriced as it is.
