10% off of anything instantly, no waiting for the Staples Rewards to come in (store program that currently ranges from 2-5% back in purchases, depending on spending; the rewards are given at the beginning of the next month) Additional 10% off on Staples branded products.

10% off for items in store, 25% for Staples-brand products? Unless I happened to freelance for being a re-seller for small businesses, I maybe had the discount for removing tax for cost. Half off of an extended warranty doesn't help when I can find bigger items in other stores.

10% off is better than no percent off

Small percentage considering how often they ask employees to put money back into the organization, e.g. buy toilet paper and paper towels from Staples using your discount. If that's what you want me to do, be competitive with stores like WalMart and Target
