401 K plan is resonably considering

Match amount is not industry standard. However, you get a pension but that requires a lot of investment of your time at one company for it to be worth wild. I would prefer a better 401k since IT folks don't stick around typically longer than 3 years.

Most years as long as certain targets are reached as a company they will put a set amount into the 401k.

Good benefits, could be better but agency is a small business

They offer one, but they really don't match; only up to $900.

Terrible ($1,200 match per year max) but I heard they changed it. Might be better now.

They added $300 to our 401K plan as an incentative

You get to decide how much you want to put in if any.
