401K Plan

The match is ok. They base it on a max dollar amount which is you don't make much it's a good percentage but once you get to a certain point it's the equivalent of dollar for dollar for only 1 or 2 percent. They also have a dollar amount that the company contributes every year no matter how much you put in. However the fact that the company also has a fully funded and employer paid pension does make up for it quite a bit.
