Excellent. If you contribute generously and are highly tenured with the company, you will have a nice nest egg with your State Farm 401K.

only match $900 max. but best thing is pension plan after 5 years.

Decent options are provided but the matching is almost non-existent. If you plan on getting the value of your retirement benefits from this company, you will need to work for many years and retire. The pension plan covers for the lack of matching.

Its a great 401 k even if you put nothing into it they will put 300 into it a year from the start. Put 900 in a year and they not only match that but add an extra 300 to it. This is coupled with a free retirement pent ion plan as well.
