401K Plan

State Farm matches the first $900 (all benefits start automatically upon hire). I can't say in regards to the competitive % yield but they provide both a Roth IRA and a plain IRA that you can both use, as well as SF's own credit union w/ a 1.9 interest rate.

The best thing about State Farm's 401K plan was that I was able to withdraw it after my time with the company was over.

I felt this part of the benefits offered was very nice. They paid a percentage into it and was vested the very first year.

Employer Matched and you are vested at day 1. That is great because most companies will not consider you fully vested until you have been employed 3-5 years.

Low fees and lots of choices
