401k was all I got even though I was told during the interview process I would have full benefits....

The 401K plan had a certain matching incentive. I am not fond of 401K's personally as the tax penalty for withdrawing is extremely high.

Nearly match. Very little you get get

$300 automatic, up to $900 match each year.

Has roth option. Fund options are limited but high quality (either no-expense company managed stock/bond funds or Vanguard target retirement funds).. Very low company match, but the defined-benefit benefit more than outweighs that.

Seems to have good market performance. State Farm is good at hoarding money.
