Great plan, but shocking how many long-term employees get caught up in “restructuring” and are terminated just before hey are old enough to retire.

Pension is excellent after 5 years

Underrated defined benefit pension plan.

It is one of the few remaining Defined Benefit Pension Plans. The company fully funds it and pays all of the expenses with no cost to the employee. Good luck lasting long enough in any job at State Farm to benefit from it based on the current work atmosphere.

It is available, I am sure it is good. We have gotten rid of most of the angry people.

You are eligible after 5 years for the stage farm pension plan.

The venison is decent if you can stomach the company that long. It won’t really benefit you unless you retire with 20+ years under your belt.

Good pension plan, but will no longer be available to employees hired after Jan 1 2018.

This is a great benefit and is atypical of a Fortune 50 company.
