This company promotes continuing education and they pay for 2 year degree.

Absolutely none existent. Wish there was a zero stars.

Achieved BA and M.Ed through tuition assistance;

I believe state farm would pay a portion of tuition toward the position you were in after a year of employment.

Paid for licensing. Not sure if they'd pay for additional education like an MBA.

They changed the policy in 2016 by making the eligibility criteria very difficult. In order for you to qualify for tuition reimbursement, you need to complete one of the insurance industry certifications such as CPCU, ChFC, CFLU which are as good as an insurance degree. Very sad.

Good program. However, with their flexible work schedule, it will be hard to take advantage of it, unless you enroll in on line courses.
