The cap per year is 7,000 towards an associate's or BA and 10,000 for MA. State Farm has just started paying for my education since I'm back enrolled in college. Very appreciative of this benefit.

If you don't have a BA, they will help you. The masters needs to be in business. Not sure how exactly is the policy on this now.

State Farm offers tuition assistance after being employed for a year. The annual tuition assistance benefit has a dollar limit however so it may or may not be helpful, depending on the college one wishes to attend.

You have to take insurance exams to qualify for any tuition assistance benefits.
