Very little sick days. But, I mean you can literally work while in bed.

You have to work 30 hours to earn 1 hour of sick time. Yikes.

Stylists accumulate 1 hour of sick time each month. Pretty sad.

You can take them, but it's highly discouraged and you practically have to have prior approval. You really won't want to take them anyway because it hurts your stats. Nope, they don't care if you were sick, you still have to hit the same numbers as everyone else! For a technology company, you'd think they'd figure out a better way to calculate performance. Whoever created the metrics statistics isn't too sharp. They don't even tell you what your goals are, but only to say you're compared to what everyone else is doing who styles similar Fixes. What does that even mean? No one has the same clients because the "algorithm" assigns your Fixes based on your past performance. What? Sure, that seems legit Katrina! Pshhhht!
