Kaiser plan offered does not cover chiropractic, massage or acupuncture services, but is the only HMO plan that is 100% paid by the firm. Regency BCBS has a small monthly contribution for the PPO plan. High deductible HSA plan also available with funding by the firm in HSA. Vision and dental are packaged in the cost of medical insurance.
