Job Training

i didn't really get trained by anyone specific i just watched and learned

the training process was okay, i think the worst thing about it was doing the online training it took too long and not very informative. when i started working it was better

I feel the best way to learn how to swim is to be directly in the water while someone is guiding you and making sure you don't drown. The same goes with any other training. At Subway I started right away with no training, but on the job as I went training. Which I prefer.

They throw you to the wolves! You are immediately put on the line to make sandwiches immediately and learn as you go which is terrible when its busy.

"Management" and communication with the "Manager" while not ppresent was a struggle itself to me

2 week job training where they teach you the ropes, then you're on your own.

They train you for two weeks and then you are ready to do the job all on your own. They train you on making the different sandwiches, preparing food, and cleaning the store.

They throw you on the line your first day and just show you how to do random things. It's organized very poorly. Most things I learned I had to figure out for myself.

Were I work they make sure you felt comfortable about learning how to do it and learn it quick in about 3-4 days which you also get paid for.
