If you are new they will train you but you need to pick it up quickly. Depending on your manager's personality and patience, it can be a great or painful and demeaning.

The job training was all hands on and you basically just learned it all from repetition. My co-workers were all very patient with me and were very helpful.

I wasn't trained how to close and they scheduled me to close by myself, and then when I had questions about how to close the manager, assistant manager, and owner wouldn't answer my insistent phone calls, and I had a panic attack because of it. That was fun.
