Job Training

It was fast and while I was working he taught me. He didn't took his time to teach. He'll expect big from when it was my first job. He criticized more than he praised and tell me I'm never do things right and threaten to fire me on many occasions.

they force you to learn how to make sandwiches against your will

They throw you into the wolves, one day of training and the next day you have to work alone during busy lunch hours.

best, they pay you for the time. not sure if they pay for the continuing education on Subway U but its easy. worst, they dont have specific training to accommodate between what a closer or opener position is like. it is very hands on dependent, most times the person training doesn't cover all the grounds, there is no substance on how they train, therefore the person hired to only close or only open continues to make repeated mistakes.

They were so thorough at training at the Subway I worked at. They had training papers that covered each topic and they made sure you knew what you were doing before they left you alone in the store.

The wosrt thing about the job training is there never seemed to be enough time to do the training.

It's all nights and weekends.pay is to low you have to live there basically to pay bills.

pretty easy but the trainers aren't the best

Training is fairly easy to pick up on. The only negative part is that different people train differently, so you may not learn things the same way.
