It was one of the best perks as a former employee of SunTrust bank. Best coverage and availability of Doctors.

I haven't enrolled yet but the research I have found shows affordable options that include medical, dental and vision.

Basically what most better employers offer their employees, as government mandated healthcare has come into being, more financial responsibility has been offloaded to the employee.

There is a trend towards employees making use of High Deductible health plans. By having a self funded HSA and a family deductible of 2,000/4,000 dollars, it does reduce the monthly insurance outlay but it seems that the costs are higher to obtain medical care unless your family is generally healthy and not in need of care.
