cost was the worst part - i actually never even used the health care - fortunately we are healthy - but still had to pay - used the least cost one which probably had to be eliminated because of obamacare

Poor coverage for procedures/physical exams. Most prescriptions not covered through Express Scripts. Bank will punish you if you do not have your prescriptions filled by mail. If the prescription is filed at a retail pharmacy greater than three times, the Bank will make you pay for the actual retail price of the prescription. Copayments for primary and specialist doctors.
