Medical, dental, vision are all covered, but not at optimum levels. Premiums are high. Copays are cheaper if you useswediah doctors vs. out of network.

Health and dental coverage was free for employees and very low to add family. If use Swedish facilities, didn't have to pay copay. No longer the case with Providence.

High deductible plan with lower monthly rates and the option to contribute more to HSA works great for my family.

The do have a PPO plan but it's expensive in premiums, high deductible and still has high out of pocket costs. The HSA option is cheap in premiums but the deductible is high and out of pocket costs are still high. It's declining in overall coverage. The network of providers you can see are shrinking.
