Over time they have reduced the number of providers you can see with full coverage to only those within their system. Outside providers you have to pay more to see.

Free for employee, $120 month premium for spouse. Spouse has a specialty medication that costs $5800/month. We pay $75/month with out of pocket max for scripts $1500 year. Excellent coverage with low deductible ($300/individual) and low coinsurance.
