though you work in healthcare, even if you're inhouse your coverage is only 90%

Coverage is extensive, but employee portion is expensive compared to what I have paid elsewhere

Over time they have reduced the number of providers you can see with full coverage to only those within their system. Outside providers you have to pay more to see.

Swedish Medical Center has an incredible health insurance plan for its employees

Free for employee, $120 month premium for spouse. Spouse has a specialty medication that costs $5800/month. We pay $75/month with out of pocket max for scripts $1500 year. Excellent coverage with low deductible ($300/individual) and low coinsurance.

Pretty good as far as health insurance goes, especially if you see a doctor within the Swedish/Providence network.

Low deductibles are great for in network...extremely high for out of network. My cost will be >40% plus high deductible

Offers some great plans for a very reasonable price.
