The benefits are good but expensive. They used to have separate vacation and sick days but now roll it all into PTO time.

401k match is 3% I think, but it takes a full 3 years to vest to get it. 1% per year. No working from home/flex schedule.

The health insurance is very good and you can choose your level of coverage, but it is very expensive. Customer service is friendly and helpful when you have questions regarding your insurance elections/plans.

Great dispatch friendly people and employees always happy to be there.

All benefits are lacking. 401K has no guaranteed match.

401K is cruddy mediocre mutual fund - I want to roll it over into a better funds, but I want it to come out pretax so I've got it put it theirs. I want to make the most money with my 401K not the bottom 40% of mutual fund results.

Benefits are what you'd come to expect at any company.
