Swift offers great benefits! I love that we receive frequent reminders during enrollment season.

They have great deals and covers me with all my medical needs

They offer all the normal things (Medical, Dental, 401K, etc.), but now they are offering free college to ALL EMPLOYEES and their dependants or spouses. It goes through University of Arizona and Colorado Technical University. It is huge to be able to continue my education while working and not have to pay anything out of pocket.

Company contributes to premium, still has high deductible.

straight down the middle not bad not great not sure how the prices compare to other trucking companies but better than retail job prices

401 k was offered which is great

I had a great driver manager. The insurance is awful, the worst I've ever had not just swift but all trucking company preach about wellness and yet a doctors visit cost me 40 bucks just for primary care.

Great 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Medical benefits are pretty standard for the industry
