Synovus uses Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA. Employees can select one of two PPO plans with differing deductibles and premiums, or can select a HDHP with FSA. The PPO plans are generous and deductible levels reasonable. The monthly employee premiums are very reasonable. The only drawback to the PPO plans are their high maximum out-of-pocket thresholds.
