I wish they would allow us to use local pharmacies without penalty. You have to use mail order for maintenance meds. Wish they would support weight loss surgery. In the long run it costs less than supporting the resulting long term conditions that are associated with being over weight. Several employees have paid for their own surgeries and have had success. It is proven that people who have had successful procedures have had complete turn around in diabetes conditions.
