The quality of the insurance depends on the level of coverage you select. You can negotiate the contribution the company makes toward your benefits, which is balanced against your pay level.

It is expensive and it does not cover the cost of a person who has to see the doctor more than the average person. If you have asthma or some other chronic illness that has to be monitored do not use their insurance.

Average for such a highly profitable company raking in a few billion a year. If something major happens to you, you are likely fine, but the dental is bad and the little things add up. Most people don't hit their deductible each year so they rarely reap the full benefits.

It is almost useless insurance as you pay large premiums with huge ($6,000 range) deductibles for the bronze plan and 40% coinsurance. Shop for your insurance on the open market.
