FMLA is available. The agent has to reach out to HR and fill out a form. It there is a hospitalization or a car accident and the agent is unable to get the FMLA form they will do wrongful termination on more then one occasion. So the policy is a little backwards. but if there is a death in the family or a planned unexpected issue it works.
