Merrill Lynch is a great company for financials. However, your account is totally based online, although you can call someone with questions up until 8pm Eastern. And asking your supervisor about it, unless they also participate, is a waste of time; they know very little about it.

I never used the 401k benefit option some that i have seen use this have had some issues trying to retrieve there funds after leaving here.
