Great plan if hired for a permanent position. Not many companies offer retirement benefits to temporary employees but this company does offer it.

They used to match dollar for dollar but then stopped. They then would only pay out a small percentage if the company met their globally, quarterly goals. Regardless if our division did well, if the company took a loss elsewhere our 401K took the hit.
