They where always good on giving out performance bonus for G.M and AGM

every year you get bonuses

You only get the bonus if you work when CORE is there.

Sure, it exists. But few stores get it, and only the RGM and Assistant Manager qualify.

Based on metrics, can be good, but they game the system.

Absolutley terrible. For my position my bonous was 10% of my RGMs bonous which his at max was $500 a month.

Again I didn't get to experience this, I doubt many do. With a corporate policy that ANY one complaining eats free even without receipts and a youtube video on how to eat free at Taco Bell it is almost impossible to control food cost and hit the bonus.
