Overall store performanceRequires a % of 12 different categories to get $100 a month for managers. I worked there a year never even got close.1 time I saw the General Manager get a bonus of $32. What a joke.

We get a bonus based on sales, survey results food cost, etc. once every few weeks. Better than nothing, usually amounts to about 2-2.5k annually.
