Talbert House seeks to remain as flexible as possible with shift assignments, # days/week, flex schedules, part-time and oncall status for all employees. Many different factors go into determining flexible work and vary from person to person. Also, many job roles have different characteristics that create or limit opportunities for flexible work. Everyone is encouraged to discuss their personal needs and wishes with their hiring manager and/or supervisor.
