Employee Discounts

Every month offered 60% off new month merch. 50% everyday discount.

I believe the discounts to be good, but I'm not sure how they compare to other retail positions.

Talbots understands that many of its employees work at the brand because they love the clothing. They are very generous and provide different levels of discount based on tender type and once a month drop the discount deeper-60% off on select new merchandise. Love it!

50% disc but pay is so low its hard to afford to purchase

Pretty good discount.

The discount for employees was 50% if paid by cash or Talbots credit card otherwise is was 40%. And each month they offered 60% off the new product.

40% off; expect for specific promotional times when corporate would offer employees 50% off their entire purchase for a weekend; or occasionally corporate would allow employees 75% off one new item that could be worn to work, in hopes to encourage sales

By far the best discount I have ever had. It is super generous. Thank You Talbots!
