It is only a ten percent discount. I think they could offer more, but it applies to anything in the store, so it's okay.

It was alright. I believe it was 10% off everything, except new electronics. It all adds up after awhile, and it also combines with the Target Red card, so you can get even more discounts. But you must use cash if you want the employee discount. It didn't work with a credit or debit card.

It's 10%. Other retails give their employees a larger discount than that, but it was ok.

The best thing about the employee discount is that you get 10% off everything and 15% off electronics plus if you have a redcard, it's additional 5% off.

10% - doesnt seem great, but consider getting all groceries there and it is a nice discount. Couple that with your RedCard and Cartwheel and you will beat prices from any other retailer.

Poor at 10% employee discount, barely worth it.

10% employee discount is very helpful making ends meet if the store has a grocery department.

10% feels like absolutely nothing. It basically makes a purchase tax free.

Percentage isn't high, but there are more/higher discounts on select products related to living a healthy lifestyle, e.g. fresh produce, healthy owned brand foods and workout apparel.

The discount is not comparable to a lot of other discounts in retail however if you have a Redcard you can get more off your total. One good thing is they add extra discount for wellness such as fitness wear and healthy food
